Very comfortable hotel. Big parking lot available. Clean rooms with above the standard amenities. It has a nice pool also.

This place is perfectly located across the street from a very popular mall at Morelia however it seems not being in its best moment. This is understandable because the place got old regardless the efforts to live it up. Not enough to get painted. Services are not the way it should be apart from restaurant. Concierge and valet are not with the best attitude, all bar and restaurants are close before 11 pm, What's that? Breakfast is not included. I think I will only return if necessary.
