The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. However the staff is not, when we arrive I was standing in the front desk for 10 minutes before the lady in the front desk acknowledge me. I had to tell her I had a reservation. At check out the lady in the front desk ask me I wanted my breakfast vouchers after staying there for two days, I was told if I wanted them at check out. What for, I was checking out! Next time you might want to give them during check in.

Updated room (316). Great location, easy to walk to various locations (Santuário de la Virgen de Guadalupe, Callejón del Romance, aqueduto, downtown is a 20 minute walk down a lively street with much to see). Service was basic. Includes underground parking, decent wireless Internet, and has an elevator. Worth another visit given our downtown choice doesn't accommodate 3 per room.

The hotel has a nice view of the forest, nice service, good regional food, simple gym and the rooms have aesthetic details that can be improved.

It's good place, the food is delicious and drinks are good to. It's near to the center of Morelia and the hotel workers are kind.
