  Nice colonial hotel. Make sure.to make reservations on the colonial -not the modern - part of the hotel.

  Conveniently located, everything is just a few steps away. Even though parking is a bit confusing, the staff is always around, they were very kind and knowledgable. Some packages include complimentary breakfast which is in fact well served, featuring regional dishes.

  Comfortable and well located. Breakfast is good but a bit monotonous after three days. Rooms are a bit musty and outdated, yet still comfortable. The decor and atmosphere are quite nice, there’s even a movie theater for those willing to stick to the hotel in the evening. Highest value is its top location, unbeatably close to the cathedral and most city attractions.

  Great Hotel! Room was delivered a bit late almost an hour after the check in time which made me rate it as 4 stars instead of 5. I love all the ammenities including the gym, delicious full breakfast bar daily (brunch buffet), own private Wi-Fi and a daily movie Theater room for the family to enjoy a nice movie.

  Location of this hotel is ideal! It's in the heart of the city. You can walk to a lot of great places and not get lost since you just look for the cathedral, head in that direction and then you're back at the hotel. The price is really fair and the breakfast (Los Alamos) is a good and yummy deal. Wouldn't recommend Maifren (hotel restaurant) food was cheap, bland, and just lacked flavor. The movie theater and gym are small but really nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was a nice service because you know it's safe. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking to get a nice hotel and not spend too incredibly much!

  The hotel is lovely. It has a few inside gardens (one of them has star lanterns at the roof and looks beautiful on pictures) , a cinema, gym the rooms are really clean and elegant and their shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion smell and work amazing. PLUS, if you decide to stay there, there is free breakfast at the hotel buffet and it is super tasty. I really enjoyed it.

  This hotel is at the perfect location in the heart of central Morelia. The rooms are comfortable and very clean also the staff is very kind, welcoming, and work their best to ensure your satisfaction. The hotel offers a spa, and has it's in movie theater, it has also has two restaurants. One which provides free breakfast for guest (the food is delicious authentic regional dishes) and the other is a restaurant bar which is great for the evening with friends. Other Restaurants, Nightclubs, and Bars are within walking distance. Highly recommend your stay in this hotel.

  The room are really beautiful and peaceful, the service and the employees are really nice, the hotel is in the center of the city and you can find everything close it, restaurants, churchs, bar, parks.
