Nice Hotel. Good rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Coffee machine provided.
The one main fault the stench of sewage sometimes makes sitting around the pool unpleasant.

It is a very nice place, the staff are very kindly, the rooms are well cleaned. They give you access to the beach and pool from the other hotel next to the beach. The breakfast it is delicious specially the chilaquiles.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the desk staff is helpful and bilingual. We enjoyed the breakfast and it's close to a few nice malls. It's also close to the beach and there is a really nicely paved walking path with sculptures, and on some evenings there are activities or bicycles that you can borrow. The only thing that isn't great is that the intersection is very busy, so it's a little difficult to cross the street if you're walking somewhere.

Great service by the staff, and good pricing if bought with large groups. The buffet in the morning serves great food, and it's very fresh. Just busy during 9 in the morning, so you might have to wait. Great location for veracruz so this is great, right next to beach and boulevard. Awesome!

Dated rooms. Staff does not acknowledge IHG status and offers no upgrades. Poor upkeep and dangerously designed windows.

Yeaterday I went to Holiday Inn Boca del Rio with my mother for breakfast and we had a great experience the food is good but the service provided by Juan Carlos, our waiter, was exceptionally perfect! The sea sight from the restaurant is incomparable in this area. My mom was happy with the service and loved your place and the coffee you serve. Also, Holiday Inn Boca is located by two amazing and brand new shopping malls.
