  Everything is greatexcept the room service attendants.. they can learn how to be friendly . And the beds too firmneed an add on pillow top for longer enjoyable naps. Those 2 things is the cause of why i didn't put 5 stars.

  Nice budget hotel, good breakfast. Overall my room service experience wasn’t good all, not attention to details or consistency Any of my orders. The WiFi service isn’t good either, so business travelers be aware.

  I really love visiting the Castelo hotel, I had an event with my friends at the restaurant and the food was really delicious. I recommend this hotel 100%

  It's a great hotel, well located because there's malls and places to go very near the hotel, the service is the best, and it is not an expensive hotel, you may love this if you want to spend a good night and a lovely stay.

  Poor hotel. Supposedly new but seems very dated. Overnight staff very unfriendly and uncompetent. Was a bad decision choosing to stay at Castelo.

  The hotel has excellent amenities and the restaurant has an amazing variety menu. They prepare an excellent coffee.
