It's in Santa Fe, Mexico city..a prime location to the business centre. I was in a standard room, stayed for a month, spacious for one person, includes living area, kitchen and bedroom. Morning breakfast not all that great, repeat stuff and not much variation. House keeping, cleans every day and keeps the room tidy(includes washing the vessels). Having a washing machine in the room is a plus, gets noisy tho.Overall a good experience.

really bad service, every room with dirty, bad smelly with towels, they even break into your room without your confirmation. It is really really bad hotel.

The room itself is OK for the people need washing machine and kitchen, but the service can be ridiculous bad, the door was not available to open for twice because of the censor is out of battery, the first time took me more than 40 mins waiting, the second time I took the whole night, as the manager is the only one can do that and he was not answering his phone,what I can do was only sleep in another room without my things and the hotel can offer nothing, I cannot imagine what I can do if I need to catch a fight and this kind of thing, still waiting for a solution on the second morning, all plans have to be canceled because of this! BTW, they don't have a "do not disturb" sign, so the housekeeping will just knock you up and get in during your sleep!

Working at one of the offices in the upper floors. Security is OK, the elevators are not coordinated and can make you wait up to 5 minutes to get one. There's one bathroom for every 3 floors, which are pretty clean.
