El hotel está muy bien situado en la Col. Noche Buena. Pero hay poca flexibilidad para ingresar si uno llega anteses de la hora de la reservación. Hay muchos posibles cobros extra, incluyendo el pedir nuevamente la contraseña del WiFi.

La ubicación es buena y muy céntrica. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están limpias. No hubo problemas en cuestiones del servicio y hubo sufuciente estacionamiento. Una buena experiencia en general. Sin embargo no la mejor.

Clean hotel, reasonable prices. If you are a traveler please note none of the staff here speak any English at all. The hotel is about 15 min walk for a main metro station but there's a bus stop right in front. Really close to the bull fighting arena, some coffee shops, bakery, a few restaurants, etc. If you are visiting and do not a good handle on Spanish I would not recommend staying in this neighborhood.

Although an older hotel, the room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The restaurant offers good food at ver accessible prices. Situated on Insurgentes Avenue, it has a great location.

The rooms (remodeled ones) are fine. The staff is good with the exception of the front desk staff.
I read some of the reviews and thought they were only rude if you couldn’t speak Spanish, but no they are rude and condescending to everyone.

The rooms are very big, the quality and the price is ok, the menu at the restaurant is ok the prices are affordable, the location is perfect to take the public transportation also next to the hotel is a park really nice, I really recommend

Front desk service was incredibly slow and rooms weren't ready for new guests, room service takes a lot of time of waiting, nice area to stay though.

Stayed at the new suites, which are impressive. Our room did have a panoramic view of the city
The room had plenty of space, two big beds and a very large bathroom.
At first glance is looks like an old hotel, but it really isnt.
Its location is in Insurgentes sur, near Parque hundido which is a very nice place to run.
There are many restaurants nearby and coffeshops.
Also teatro insurgentes is nearby, which is good to spend an evening.response / report this review -

The room was beautiful, the location convenient in city where it is hard to move around, and the service good and a reasonable price. Only inconvenient, it is hard to find a room with few anticipation.

The accomodation was in good condition, the restaurant and room services are above average, I was really satisfied with them. The staff in the reception do not speak any other language than Spanish, the place preer credit cards contra debit cards and they were not helpful regarding the company invoicing.
