Unique, beautiful grounds, almost like staying in a museum! The Hacienda contains only about a dozen guest rooms, so it is quiet, not a high-touch resort. Restaurant closed at 4pm. Close to Ek Balam. Truly wonderful and memorable.

The Hacienda dates back to the 16th century and if you love history you will love to stay there. This place is beautiful and peaceful, perfect to relax. Customer service is excellent, all employees were super friendly and very helpful. Rooms were super clean. The restaurant on site has amazing food and great coffee. Perfect to stay there if you're visiting Chichen Itzá because it’s just 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Cancun airport and less than an hour from Chichen Itzá. I will definitely stay there again.

Muy ruido en la noche por la carretera y las trabajadores que preparan fiestas. It was unbelievable Loud in the night, not only due to the highway, but also due to construction workers who prepared a wedding or a Fiesta all Night long. After 5pm no one except the guard at the gate is around to welcome you. Sorry, beside nice fotos no recommendation from us. No excuses from receipton or management after a night without sleep!

Beautiful grounds on the site of a 16th century castle; the castle sits away from the rooms. Rooms are located in separate little structures; spacious; a mix of very nice and dated; very quite and peaceful; outside seating porch. Very reasonable price ($75). Restaurant located on the grounds served the best food we had while in the Yucatan; had late lunch and breakfast the next day. Easy freeway access, just outside Valladolid; located on the freeway frontage road.

The restaurant and bar in this hotel is fantastic I love going and sitting here anytime of the day, either for a drink or for breakfast and lunch the staff are amazing and very attentive and the scenery is stunning.

Outstanding property, mostly renovated with a beautiful castle and villas. The grounds are amazing and the pools are beautiful. Lots of history here and the service is fantastic. Very quiet too, we were the only ones here and it felt like we were the owners!
