Wonderful! Super nice staff, clearly explain the Valladolid City, introduce food, place for visit, money exchanged, I don’t speak Spanish, the info is very helpful. Provided unlimited bottle of waters, it’s really important to travels to the ruines. Hotel is tidy and clean, room is nice with super high ceiling, although, the front door is not easy to see, but goggle has direct me to the exact location.

Beautiful gardens, warm and friendly staff are very helpful and make this charming little hotel extra special. Beautiful old building has multicolored paned glass, exquisite pasta tiles.rooms are cute and clean, lots of amenities..

Excelente lugar muy limpio, hogareño trato correcto y muy amable es como si estuvieras en tu casa, el desayuno super rico lo malo es que no dejan meterse tan tarde a la piscina :c es si cambenlo. De ahí todo excelente.

We got tired of Cancun so we traveled the 90 some miles to come here. We wish we had spent our entire vacation here. Our suite was unbelievable and the price was nearly unbelievable. It is very clean, quiet & relaxing. The staff is exceptional & it is just a short walk to a cenote or to the lively square. You should definitely stay here!
