The hotel is regular, nothing strange really, but BEWARE the food in the restaurant is really horrible. The worst!!! you should consider going 3 blocks nearby to a shoping mall and eating there

This is probably one of the nicer hotels in town but it wasn't that great. My issues were:
1. Swimming pool and hot tub we unusable due to dirty condition
2. Laminate click lock floor in the room needed to be replaced. Many planks were loose and the floor moved around when you walked on it.
3. Shower head was old and corroded. Also get not get water to fill tub without it coming out the shower head too. I felt that maintenance was not being kept up with.
My likes:
1. Walking distance to many dinner options
2. Bed was comfortable and room seemed clean.
3. Staff was friendly and helpful
My issues are things that management needs to address. They are not the fault of the workers there.response / report this review -

La ubicación está excelente ya que está muy accesible desde la carretera, es muy cómodo y agradable el estar ahí, ya que es acogedor y el personal te hace sentir bien, sólo pongan atención a los detalles y sean más amables ya que a veces el servicio no es tan agradable como uno quisiera

The location is accesible but not too friendly if you have a vehicle or someone will pick you up. Because the parking is very limited. The rooms are decent but nothing extraordinary. The food is good. People are friendly when you ask something. But sometimes they are distracted not noticing what's going on around them. Overall is a good hotel

The restaurant service is so good, all the employees are so very kind, the menu It is not very extensive but it is different from all restaurants around. The only thing I can say about the hotel It has a lot of attention from its staff and has two charging stations if you bring your Tesla.

Address: Jardines de la Hacienda Norte, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx. Parking: the hotel uses the parking lot of the mall. Restaurant bar: very good breakfast (buffet) and dinner. Good also for having some drinks. Rooms: On the 3rd floor the rooms are excellent. Large size. Confortable bed. Great choice dor business people. Gym and pool available in the 1st floor. Service: Very good.

Clean, safe, and nice staff. Read your reservation carefully, the beds are small. If thou love hot hot showers thou will be disappointed.

Fantastic service and really friendly staff. I've traveled to many hotels around the world but I'd happily return to this place without issue, compared to some colder so called up market establishments. Despite not speaking Spanish, I felt really welcome.
