Not a bad hotel in that part of town, price wise it was great, everybody expects a tip for everything, even just getting the door, pool and workout room was super crowded cause they let people from the public in the pool and gym, obviously they charge then, overall great hotel with good location to Wal-Mart and ok street food, other then that, it's just a good hotel in a ok neighbor hood

This is an excellent full service hotel. The hotel is brand new and has a on site restaurant, business center, fitness center, and room service. The room rates are very reasonable considering that the hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. We found the cleanliness of the hotel to be superb and have no complaints with our stay.

If you are thinking about staying here. Think no more. Do it! A wonderful hotel. And DO get the breakfast. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming. Far better than the Holiday Inn express on Reforma. My new favorite hotel in CDMX

I was very surprised about this hotel. This place has a great fitness center. They have GYM, spinning and swimming instructors. The best part was having breakfast at the rooftop which had a nice view of the pool and big screen tv. The people at front desk where very friendly . The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this place for price, cleanliness and GYM center.

A beautiful hotel! Super clean and modern. The service is unbelievably good. Food delicious. For this level of hotel at home you would pay so much more. Highly recommend.

This gets 5 stars because the hotel delivered everything it promises. The staff is super friendly, the food is actually pretty good, it's clean and centrally located. Everything was great for this level of hotel chain. I'd stay here again, no problems at all.
