Do not I repeat DO NOT stay here. It was the sketchiest place I have ever booked. First off the area is really really bad. Second, you don’t get a key to the “garage door” that’s the entrance to your “unit”. The only person that has a key is the weird staff there. Third, this hotel is definitely a base for prostitution (saw 4 exchanges in person).
We thought it was a nice place to relax for 5 hours before our flight but we left 10 minutes after paying the guy and sitting in the room. This shouldn’t even be available for anyone that is a tourist. DO NOT STAY HERE!response / report this review -

We checked into this auto-hotel shortly after picking up our rental car. We booked the property via a link from Southwest Airlines after our flight was confirmed. Spent a a fair amount of time perusing reviews for Eurosuites Oceana and decided that since I was very familiar with Mexico's auto-hotel system, I'd make it work.
Upon checking in, they pulled their scam saying the reservation was for only 6 hours. Showing the reservation printout, put an end to that nonsense. We were then given a unit with a garage to pull our car into but the walk through door had no lock mechanism. After a half hour of haggling they moved us to a different unit with a functioning lock but they couldn't provide us with a key. Essentially, you become a prisoner to their operation. You can't leave to visit a nearby restaurant unless you take your car and all of your luggage. If you want food you have to order it through them.
This is hardly the way it works at other auto-hotels throughout all of Mexico!! Avoid this place!! We eventually did get our money back (the whole process took over an hour) and moved to City Express Aeropuerto which incidentally has free shuttle service to and from the airport.response / report this review -

Close to the airport, clean. Large room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Note though, that this is a love motel, and is normally only rented for a period of 6 hours.

Looks great and the same is in real. we loved amazing jacuzzi with big screen in our master suite, but in the other hand they have poor service. Holding you outside to wait way to long, and rude guy (employee) messin up with room and prices. btw, wi-fi advertised there- doesn't work! its off and thats why we're movin to other hotel
