  Rip off. Charged 60 USD for 10 USD of medicine. They take advantage of captive tourists. Avoid.

  AVOID AT ALL COST. Prices are jacked thru the roof here. Go to the farmacia in the pueblo, not here on the beach. On the beach, paid US$60 for $5 worth of ibuprofen & cough syrup. Shameless, indecent.

  Spend the extra time to go to a pharmacy in the town. Watch your cash and change. Bought a couple of items and boss switched out bottles of 100 tablets for bottles of 60 tablets instead just as he was bagging them.
  Went back and complained and he said if you want the bigger ones then you need to pay more! I had friend there with me to confirm that we had agreed on the bigger bottles.
  DO NOT TRUST THEM. MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!.
  Spend the extra time and go to a different pharmacy you can trust.
