If possible I would give 0 stars instead of 1 star.
    Why?
We went with Angel (a very good divemaster) to dos ojos and the pit. We wanted to do 3 dives. First one in dos ojos, then the pit and then the other one in dos ojos.
At the beginning we got our equipent and checked everything. There I saw, that the mouthpeace of my main regulator was broken. The peaces which are there to keep the regulator in the mouth, where broken. Angel fixed it imediatley. Also my wetsuit was broken. A big part of the neoprene layer was broken. So we called the owner so she can bring another one to the diving spot. But she didnt have a car right now, so she couldnt come. So I decided to do the dive like this. After 15min of the dive I got realy realy cold. Ok. So Angelo rented another wetsuit at the snorkelplace for me. Also at the first dive my second regulator was loosing constantly air. Which was not a big deal, as it was a short dive but still we decided to change the whole regulator system. By checking the new one, we saw, that the gauge was not working. It showed 700 less than the one before. So we changed the gauge. After loosing a lot of time we went fot the bit and 37m depth. At around 35m my regulator started to make a noise and not working normaly. After breathing 3/4 way in, the air stopped everytime. So every brathing wa unfinished and I couldn't get all the way through breathing. So I let the divemaster know and we he helped me to stay calm and to switch the regulators. After gaining my breath back, it went well. And we went back up slowly.
Of course I didnt do the 3rd dive, as no working regulator was left. Also I didnt trust the equiment anymore, which I think is reasonable.
After driving back to the dive shop I told the owner all the problems. Also Angelo (which was realy realy doing great and was solving all the problems with the equipment) told her the problems.
She still refused to give me my money back for the third dive (which I didnt do). She was arguing, that I already got a discount and a good proce etc.. And they would not give money back just because a customes is too scared to do another dive. Seriously? 5 peaces of the equipment where broken and didn't work. And telling me I am too scared? WTF! I was so angry. After discussing a long time I got back the money for the thrid dive. At least!
I did plenty of dives before and I never ever had such a quantity of equipment failure.
And that a mouthpeace, a wetsuite or a gauge is broken, they would see if they would check their equiment regularly.

But again: Angelo was amazing. It was not his fault, and his equipment.
