Really impressed with Infinity2Diving. I did my 3 day PADI Open Water certification with them. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The course was well planned out and the agenda each day was fun.
Mariana was my instructor. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I felt safe in her care.
Definitely worth doing the course with them. It's really cool learning in a cenote instead of a pool. The ocean dive we did on the last day was magical. We saw bright fish, big moray eels, lobster, and more.response / report this review -

Had an incredible experience with these guys! I did my open water certification and some additional dives here and would highly recommend them! The staff is exceptional and attentive, the equipment is great and I could not have asked for a better introduction to diving!

We went for a dive with Rodu yesterday. I've dived a few times before, but it was my friends first time and she was a bit nervous. Rodu was fantastic and calmed her nerves and we did two great dives; one in casa cenote and then the reef. Such a fun day.

I did my Advanced Open Water (AOW) course with Infinity 2 Dive in Tulum and sadly it was kind of disappointing for me.
First of all I was told that I could do two ocean dives during the course including a wreckdive, which I really wanted to do during my advance course. The other three dives would be in a Cenote. The day after I paid they surprisingly told me it was not possible to dive in the ocean the next 7-9 days due to weather conditions.
Moreover, if I wanted to do the wreckdive, I had to pay an serious extra fee on top of the 450USD I had already paid for the AOW because we had to go to Cozumel. So after not informing me properly about weather expectations for the following days, they also didn’t mention the extra fee for the wreck dives when I booked my AOW course.
Now I could only dive into Cenotes. I must say, my deep dive was amazing in Cenote Angelita, but the other four dives (two in Casas Cenote and two in Yax-Chen Cenote) were not spectacular at all.
During my first dive, the Peak Performence Boyency (PPB) dive, I had to join two other persons who were doing their Open Water course, since there was no other instructor available who could teach my AOW course. The dive instructor was so busy with the other two student he forgot to practice my PPB skills so I actually did nothing during my first dive except watching 2 first-timers.
I asked after the first dive if I could get my money back because for me it wasn’t what I expected for the AOW course and obviously I felt purposely wrongly informed. Ending the course however was not possible. Since I booked another two fun dives with the dive school as well, a slight discount seemed the least they could do after everything mentioned in the above, but that was also not possible. I really don’t understand why they couldn’t give me some discount because normally I would go for two ocean dives (as they told me when booking the course) which is quite expensive I think (boat, captain, etc.) and now I only get to dive in Cenotes which is not expensive at all. In the end they earned a lot of money simply but not taking me to the ocean and charging full (ocean worthy) prices.
If you’re already a certified diver and you want to dive in Cenotes, this area of Yucatán has much to offer. But if you’re looking to do your certification courses (open water, advance), I highly recommend considering to go to Cozumel!response / report this review -

We had nice dives with locum Instructor Mark. The gear was good. The problem we had was with the pricing. They quote $195 like other shops for 3 dives but they use their own exchange rate when you pay in pesos meaning you actually pay $210 which is more than other shops in Tulum. We asked to pay with card in US dollars they said no if we pay with card it is also in pesos and subject to their own inflated exchange rate plus an extra 5%. If you don't have US cash for your dives any other shop would be cheaper for the same thing.

Great Dive shop!!! Friendly, knowledge staff that answered all my questions. Helped me to complete my open water dive certification. Equipment was well taken care of. Will be going back to further my dive certification.

I had an amazing time in Tulum with the instructors at Infinity2Diving. They not only gave me scuba diving lessons but spend time with me and my friends. It was awesome! See ya year, guys! I'm looking forward to my scuba diving certification, so I can dive deeper and see the caves

My boyfriend surprised me with diving courses for our anniversary. I have always wanted to learn to scuba dive ever since I watched a documentary about it. This was the best anniversary ever. We are definitely coming to Tulum again. Thank you Infinity for the amazing lessons.

Scuba diving was always a dream of ours. Thank you for the great trip! We're so happy that we had the chance to meet the instructors at Infinity 2 Diving. We've learned so much and saw the most amazing underwater caves in Mexico. It was a blast! Highly recommend

My first scuba diving experience was last year. This time, I can't wait to get my PADI certificate. I was very happy with the accommodation and the beginners course. Highly recommend Infinity2Diving! The best way to spend a holiday!

This was my best diving experience on the Riviera Maya, I recommend the casa Cenote and Dos Ojos trip (it's not cheap but worth it), there was only the guide, an intern from another dive base and me so I received a lot attention. The equipment was perfect, everything seemed safe and professional. I had 3 other diver operators to compare with.

I haven't dived in 18 years and was very apprehensive. Fortunately Amy was an excellent instructor and brought me back to the depths with the skill and patience of an absolute pro. I was cave diving the Dos Ojos Cenote the next day! Whoop!

I can't speak anything but praises for this cool dive shop. My friend and I were staying upstairs so we often made this place our first or last stop for the day. We were in Tulum for a week and went on eight dives with this team. Everybody that worked there was incredibly helpful but in a genuine way. It didn't seem like they were just trying to make a quick buck even though that's how the industry is. It felt so comfortable which proved to be pretty crucial for diving in cenotes. They prepare you and are there for you and my friend and I had an amazing experience. When I go back to Tulum, I hope they're still the same shop that I fell in love with so quickly.

Amazing service! Couldn't have been more impresses, lovely shop with great (almost new) equipment! We did 3 cenotes which were simply incredible and mind blowing. Great guiding from Xanath. Fun and considerate with our safety as number 1! Couldn't recommend more A************
