Our eggs were a bit undercooked, but aside from that the place is nice. The hard wood chairs get uncomfortable after a while, but the fruit plate was the first I've had worth paying restaurant prices when cheap fresh fruit can be found on the street. It was really nicely done (see picture.) The staff treated us kindly.

3rd times a charm and now I love this place.

The first two times I went I was not impressed by being mistakenly charged (twice!) and a drink not made to order. HOWEVER - the server and barista both quickly corrected the issue and all was fine!

The third time I went I became a fan of the most perfectly prepared macchiato (thanks to Yanina!) and butter croissant (total of 71 pesos). Since then if I am in Tulum my ritual is to wake up and go to De Cielo and they are tolerant of my emotional support animal (a lovely kitten!) The artisanal breads taste wonderful and are well priced (50 pesos).

Wow, this is THE place to have a good breakfast in Tulum. The staff is very kind, the food is amazingly good. The plates are dressed like in famous restaurants. They pay attention to the colors. Be prepared to take pictures of your breakfasts, just for the pleasure of the eyes. The chocolate croissants are the best we could find in Tulum. When you arrive, if there is a line, don't forget to put your name on the list on the book, so they can call you when a table becomes free. The place looks simple, but they definitely deserve the best reviews ever.

Sunny airy spot for a nice variety of breakfast options. More “Americanized” than a lot of Tulum restaurants. We had mango smoothie and green juice, and the “pancake bread” and all were excellent. They had lots of traditional pastry options if that is your thing - bagels, croissants etc. Really wanted to go back for another breakfast but never got to try anything else. This place was super busy anytime we walked past and one day there was a wait to be seated. The staff was super friendly and the vibe was really enjoyable. Would very much like to go back for more! I believe they are only open for breakfast and lunch.

Awesome breakfast. We didn’t have to wait too long to get a table and the food came fast too. I can only recommend the omelette and Banana nutty milkshake.

Pretty nice. Small so you might not be able to sit but if you can it's pretty nice. Food was decent.

Grrrreat place for a breakfast, amazing pastries and bread, ample tea selection, the food is yummy - a perfect combination and a rare find in overtouristy Tulum. Price is in line with the other bistros and rrstaurants, albeit not that direly expensive as the places on the beach.

Service is so kind and friendly that it puts the cherry on top for a great start of the day here. Thank you guys, well done!

Really loved this place. They had delicious smoothies, great pastries, quick service, and had wifi and air conditioning. I was very pleased with this cafe and it was really affordable. I ended up coming here twice and my two other friends came here three times because they loved it so much. We also were able to take food to go once when we were in a hurry.

A sweet little breakfast and brunch place right off the main street in Tulum, Del Cielo is a welcome spot for people like me who want healthy and gluten-free options in a small town. They have amazing juices and a wide coffee selection. Friendly and quick service, with limited but comfortable seating. I will be back!

Tasty breakfasts and delicious versions of modern classics like avocado toast. I'm partial to the ham and cheese panini.

Feels like a brunch place you would find in San Francisco or Cambridge without the price. Also one of the only places in Mexico where I saw iced coffee on the menu. Only saw travelers types here though, if you are looking for something more authentic .

Nice small please, perfect for a quick breakfast. Bit noisy though. Very touristic.
