Excellent choice and quality and Paul will talk to you in English or Spanish. Interesting bunch of visitors from all over the world come here to savour the flavour .
Very friendly and so different from the Starbucks monoculture .

I found this coffee shop last month in March; excellent coffee, it is the first place I went in the morning for my morning start up. (sometimes another trip in the afternoon) Lovely environment also. healthy snacks.

We stayed in Playa for 6 nights and came to coffee stop every morning. Paul customised our coffee to how we like it and it was spot on every time. Delicious!! He was also such a friendly welcoming man who gave us so much info on where to eat and places to visit. Paul also had a new staff member and she was also so lovely and welcoming! We are heading off tomorrow and was sad saying bye to them! Thanks again paul - Justin & Sarah the Aussies

Ahhhh! The coffee here was delicious. Creamy, almost chocolatey and local. It quickly became one of our favorite morning rituals. The owner, Paul, is an expat from London. He's just genuinely a nice guy, offering up tips and information on the sites - and not because he wants anything in return, he's just a totally cool fello. The shop itself was a little rough, but his equipment was top notch. Highly recommend this place for espresso and lattes. He also offers soy and lactose free! Thanks Paul!
