A great place to have fun with kids. They have a nice cenote to enjoy and a couple of pools for the kids. The prices are appropriate and with an extra fee you can bring your own food and beverages. The food they offer are a good option.

Like a camp ground. Snacks and bathroom facilities. Plenty of car parking and bike rack. Chairs to sit and relax around the cenote. Jump in or pay for zip line, rental equipment available. Small cave like area in the cenote, decent snorkeling when its not busy.

An interesting place for tourists, diferent from the classic "high end luxury all included resorts" in the riviera maya, this is a more local simple and not very expensive place but still beautiful

The day we went there was barely any people there, the water is beautiful clear and refreshing and it was super fun jumping into it.

Wonderful after a long day of Mayan ruins. Water was refreshing and the staff was very friendly. I think it was 140 pesos. Towels were 20 pesos.

Good spot for a dip! A bit cold but worth it. Check out the caves off on the sides.

It's a very countryside experience. They have cabins for rent, enjoy the pool and of course the cenote! It's a small cenote, not too deep (4 feet) even though for children is advisable to wear the life vest jacket that they rent there.

Great cenote for families and people who want to spend some time at the pool. If you want to have a calmer cenote experience I would recommend you walk "next door" to the carwash cenote. I didn't regret coming to the zacil-ha cenote and the water is beautiful, however, I might not have been the right audience for it. We still took some lovely underwater photos though.

We have been there 4 times in the last couple of months. Great place for families. They have food and drinks. Small pool. Beautiful cenote with places to jump and dive. Plus zip line for 10 pesos. Picnic tables. Bathrooms. Take your snorkel mask and check out the fish and caves. They have life jackets and towels for rent. It is small but really nice.

Our favourite cenote, its like a big crystal clear pool! We were lucky and it was pretty empty. I would avoid on weekends. Entry should be 60pesos and zipline is 10 pesos.
