Dr. Arturo saw us immediately; there was no line. Clean, professional, efficient, and the pharmacy is right next door. Dr. Arturo speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

Bon accueil par le médecin qui venait d arriver. Je n ai pas attendu car il n y avait personne. C est un petit centre médical très propre. Reçu par un médecin très professionnel. Consultation au prix de 400 pesos. De plus j ai pû récupérer les médicaments prescrits sur l ordonnance à la pharmacie juste à côté du centre.

Good quality, reasonable priced medical care. Mexico now requires a prescription for antibiotics, so if you need basic medical attention i recommend this clinic. For 20 USD I got a check up and prescriptions which can be filled at the pharmacy next door.
Pros: clean office and examining room; easy access to hotels and homes in the Akumal, Rivera Maya area; conscientious professional attending physician.
Cons: doesn't take credit cards and the pharmacy that does was closed when we visited. (I don't know if the doctor speaks english)
