I would definitely check out this cenote if you haven't already. It is not mandatory to rent a life jacket, if you know how to swim fairly well I would recommend not getting one. There is also lockers for rent to keep all you're belongings, changing rooms, restrooms, and a rinsing spot. You can jump into this Cenote and snorkel if you'd like (not to much to see underwater in this one though). Very beautiful scenery all around which makes for great pictures. There's also a convenient store located here in case you're in need of snacks, sunblock, souvenirs, or swimming equipment.

This place not only lives up to the photos but surpasses them. One of the many jewels of the valladolid area. It is really hard to believe when you see it for the first time. Water is cold but feels clean and refreshing. Really magical.

Amazingly landscaped grounds. Beautiful rooms. The cenote is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Words cannot describe how incredibly beautiful it is. Would definitely recommend to all.

The watering hole was very beautiful. The steps down are quite steep and can be slippery so exercise caution. Food buffet was great. Locker rental was inexpensive to keep your items safe while swimming. Showers and locker room were clean. Highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing experience! It's very crowded but cool thing to do and see! Decent locker rooms and you must shower before entering! They literally have guards at the stairs that make people go back to keep it naturally clean!

Friendly and informative staff, cute crafts and souvenirs and a sweet cenote with multiple diving spots! A perfect way to start or finish the day!

Great visit of the cenote about 5-10 minute taxi drive from chichen itza. Refreshing cool water, not too cold. Went at around 1230pm before there were too many visitors around. Able to hire a locker, towel, and life jacket. Able to jump off a moderately sized ledge. Would definitely recommend

Very busy, but good traffic flow when we got there. Things tend to get congested going down to swim in the Cenote and the stairs are, of course, slippery so be careful. Otherwise, an interesting and unique experience, blessedly free of the touts.

The cenote was wonderful! It was a bit crowded, but not so much that we couldn't enjoy it. The restaurant left much to be desired though. The buffet wasn't that good and drinks are extra. I definitely wouldn't eat there again.

A unique place to visit! Very fun swimming in the water. If you can, I recommend having your bathing suits on before you come. They have restrooms/changing rooms but they aren't ideal

It's amazing, you have to walk 95 steps down to get to the swim hole. Then you can jump in or use the ladder. The water is very cold and it's very deep you cannot touch the bottom. You need to use a life jacket if your not a good swimmer, your on your own. It's a beautiful view, from the bottom or from the top. I really loved swimming here, very zen.

I went here with my wife on a Monday in June and it wasn't totally packed. We knew that it would be beautiful, but when we left we both commented that it is something that everyone should see before they die (bucket list). It was more beautiful that can be depicted in our several hundred pictures a d videos. I recommend bringing a snorkel and mask because there are loads of fish just under the surface of the water and most people don't even know that they are swimming among them. Be brave and jump once from the platform.

I enjoy the cenote, although it was similar to others I have been at, nothing extremely special. The restaurant was a buffet and was ok, but as we went with a tour it was supposed to be all inclusive but they asked for tips even though we didn't get any drinks (extra cost).

the centoe near the resort is AMAZING! refreshing and nicely kept. you get to rent towels, lockers, and life jackets for 2 dollars a piece. i forgot my swimming shorts, since I didn't think I was going to swim, but I bought some for 250 pesos.. which is roughly 14 dollars. good restaurant food. it gets hott!! temperature wide, but overall a tight place!

The most memorable experience for me was walking through the jungle, sighting unique flora and fauna. Diving into the cenote is also a must for those who seek adventure. Alas, the greatest drawback was the overcrowded state in which the natural well remains.

It was crowded but very cool experience! Admission wasn't too much, 80 pesos I believe. You were able to rent lockers, towels, and life vests for a reasonable price as well. Showers and changing rooms were available and clean. Overall great experience!
