Exquisite food, fabulous hosts, attentive staff, and breath taking location. The best place for cost and close to any Mexican/Myan sites that you would want to visit.

If you want a familiar place, with a good comfortable room, which is in front of planty garden and always smiling owners who are ready to give you the best deals for your visits all around and if you want to see a family of a wild animal (surprise) every day in the garden at 6.30 pm This is the place where you are looking for.

Owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful -- Made us feel like family in a short period of time. Great location right between the beaches in Tulum and various Mayan ruins / villages so if you rent a car this is a great place to stay!

Simply my favorite place to stay in the Yucatan. The food, value, atmosphere, and hosts were exceptional. We will be back. She also has great recommendations for the best places to visit around here.
