Real easy walk to the central Plaza and many good restaurants. rooms here a well appointed an the elevated patios have great panoramic views. Probly the best breakfast in town included in the room price. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

What a wonderful boutique hotel with an excellent staff , great staff ! Cozy, Mexican colonial, Authentic decor with San Miguel's colonial style.
We stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed every minute, our room was spacious and the bathroom was huge, every detail was impecable and a terrace to boot! Breakfast was great . This colonial city is full of art and enchanting sunsets. Very well located and a great choice !

My wife and I are shocked to see a person recently as we just got back from San Miguel & Casa Schuck put a 1 star review of this impeccable hotel. Very friendly and quaint hotel. Went with family and rooms were large, very clean and an especially comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Casa Schuck is in a great location to explore San Miguel and within walking distance to the Cathedral and restaurants. We would go back in a heart beat and any other people putting less then 4 stars must be impossible to please!

Very impressive, stunning home sitting on a little hill in town with beautiful views. Our room, the Royal Suite, was extremely quiet, bed comfortable, large balcony, big bathroom with separate tub and shower and the staff was very gracious and helpful. I would stay here again in San Miguel! The location was perfect for everything we had planned. It was too cold to swim; however, the pool and gardens were beautiful and tranquil. The rooftop terrace is easily accessible and has incredible views of the city.

Casa Schuck was fabulous! We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful spot. The rooms were all beautiful, the grounds were lush, the patios peaceful, the view of the city splendid and all the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. All that and a deliciously prepared breakfast each morning, you won't find better place to stay in San Miguel de Allende!

Mi esposo y yo celebramos nuestro 10o. Aniversario en San Miguel Allende y nos hospedamos en Casa Schuk. El cuarto estaba adornado con flores y la cama con petalos ademas de velas encendidas para nosotros! Fue una experiencia maravillosa, el servicio, el cuarto, los patios y todo en general es de lujo con un gusto especial y un cuidado en el detalle como se espera de un hotel de esta catagoria. Todo esta en perfectas condiciones, hay calefaccion y chimenea en los cuartos, total quietud por las noches, toallas, sabanas de primera. El desayuno es sencillo pero completo, de alta calidad, a la carta y saludable. Si quiere un lugar especial, estilo Mexicano, de primera categoria, no lo piense!

Thanks to Chuck & Susan and staff for making our recent visit to SMdA Fantastic! an Olympic 10 score! 5 stars! thumbs up!
We and 8 of our best friends stayed at Casa Schuck for our son's wedding weekend. From the Welcome Party on the roof top overlooking the City to the Rehearsal Dinner at Casa Cordelli --everything was perfect! The younger set stayed at Casa Cordelli and loved every moment of their weekend too.
Great memories to take back: the lovely rooms, friendly staff, exquisite patio to sit for afternoon drinks before heading off to the next wedding festivity, fabulous rooftop to stop and take in the sunsets, late night sky, delicious breakfasts (from a menu --not warmed over buffet!). Try Torte Chuck --their version of egg McMuffin --or a traditional mexican breakfast!

“ Truly a beautiful place” We stayed four nights attending the Jazz Fest in San Miguel. The gardens and roof decks make this B&B a paradise within its walls. The rooms are unique and decorated with great taste and flare. We could sit in the living room and read or go up and watch the sun set over San Miguel. I think all the rooms were full during our stay but it was quiet and we hardly saw anyone around the property except the wonderful staff. I think Casa Schuck is unique for a small B&B having such wonderful and attentive staff. I was having a problem confirming an airline ticket using my iPhone. Well guess what, they have a control room with a computer expert! He got me on a big computer and to my email site with ease, then printed out my boarding passes to make our departure easier. That has never happened for me at any hotel in the world!Room Tip: You can select a room on their website, they are all shown and with good descriptions.
