The hotel staff doesn't speak any english and made no effort to. The wifi constanly drops away and if you address the staff the just shrug. After repeatedly complaining the gave me acces to another network. The hotel is clean but maintance is not kept up. The shower looks shabby and outdated.

Rooms were really nice and clean, but the shower and telephone did not work. The parking service was really bad. We did not use any amenities since we onñu stayed for one night. The location is really good, though. Lots of restaurants and historical and archeological places nearby. The front desk service was nice.

Price is good, rooms are clean, beds are not soft but that is standard here, but sheets are good and they give you extra pillows. The bathrooms are old but good enough for the price, there is hot water and they have all the towels including extras. There isn't much sound proofing but if your room is away from the courtyard or front, it is relatively quiet. No AC, but good ventilation. Location is great and central to all the shops, churches and the pyramid, so you can just walk to all of those places including the stretch of street with bars and restaurants.

It has poor wifi coverage and you are lucky if they still have remote controllers for the TV. The breakfast is really good and well served. Located in the portals, is easy to find and the water pressure is fine.

Nice Location and prices, rooms are good. Parking is partial and just for overnight in a parking spot behind the hotel
