Pésimo lugar. Sin es con función al precio no lo vale. Para empezar llegar esta algo feo. Luego la comida sencilla. Problemas con el Internet no tiene señal. Y el agua caliente no cae. Ahorrense corajes y vayan a otro hotel.

The hotel has a very nice view to the volcanos and it's really close to Atlixco. The downside is that the service level is not so good. The rooms are really small and definitely the hotel needs more maintenance.

Las fotos no muestran el estado actual de las instalaciones, las habitaciones muy descuidadas, las albercas sucias y sin agua, el jacuzzi no sirve En general muy descuidadas las instalaciones. El personal y la atención es lo único recatable, aunque eso no salva la mala imagen en general del hotel.
Contratamos un paquete para aniversario, y en lugar de ser un momento maravilloso hizo la celebración deprimente. PESIMOOOO!

El servicio excelente. El personal nuy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Un lugar magnifico para descansar, relajarse y olvidarte de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo mucho!

The place is untidy, the pool isn't clean and the service is just not right. The installations are old and they don't seems to care about them, it's a shame the place is falling apart.

No había wifi en habitación. Llegué y ni papel de baño tenía la habitación. Se escucha mucho ruido del pasillo. La tv no funciona. El agua caliente tarda en llegar.
El personal encargado allí es muy amable sin embargo falta mucho que desear del propietario. Sería un buen negocio si le invirtieran a todo ese tipo de detalles.

Las instalaciones en los cuartos son terribles. Se sale el agua de la regadera. Nos cambiaron de cuarto y pasó lo mismo. En el desayuno nos dieron unas "conchas" durísimas, no tenían leche para los niños. Nunca me enviaron la factura. Pésima experiencia.

It's a beautiful place with big rooms and an amazing view, but despite of that, the food was cold with no special flavour, the shower doesn't have a lot of water and it takes too long for it to warm up. The swimming pools were dirty and one of them was al most empty. The personal doesn't have an especific rol, they do a little bit of everything, and in my opinion with no full experience in anything and dressed up just like coustumers, in less words just unprofessional.

TERRIBLE place
The bathrooms does not have water .
The restaurant is horrible , cold and slow food.
They are not prepare for big feast.
