We do photoshoots there, so can't really speak for the hotel service, but it's a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, with a pool right next to the restaurant. Great for kids and relaxing. Very near Cholula and it's pyramid, walking distance in fact.

The rooms are too small and old (not like classic or antique, just old) and the costs are high. Bad service at night shift It is really close to the famous church atop a pyramid, though

The place is a hidden gem in the town. Lovely view to the piramids and church and in summer green is everywhere. I ordered "Chile en nogada" which is a very traditional dish and exclusive of this season of the year (Aug-Sep) The flavor was really good but the stuff inside the Chile was not very carefully chopped which I can easily ignore because of the great flavor but for the price of the dish I would expect a more chef-quality preparation. The soup was also good and the pineapple water made with natural fruit was a great choice Staff is nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. You can lay down next to the pool to enjoy a fresh beverage after eating.

It is a beautiful place with very good service. If you want to visit Cholula this is your place. It has an amazing view of the pyramid and the church. Dinner is great and overall everything is good.

It is a lovely hotel, though the garden where we stayed had a lot of holes that made it somehow difficult to move because one could easily tumble.
