Excelente servicio, camas muy cómodas y la mejor vista que puedes encontrar en un hotel en esta hermosa ciudad está justo abajo del Mirador del Pípila, cuenta con un funicular que te deja atrás del teatro Juárez dónde comienzan las noches de estudiantina 100% recomendado

This hotel has AMAZING views. Seriously wonderful. It's very close to the monument Pipila and has emediate access to shopping and the finicular. The down side are: the receptionist is not very informative or helpful. You have to knock on the door in the night to get into the hotel and then wait for someone to come open it. If you are out late or wanna be out early you have to find another way to get to the center of town because the finucular is closed. The walls are thin so if your neighbors are noisy you'll hear them. Our room wasent great. The couch looked like it had been a cats screeching post, our curtains were ripped and had holes in them, the bathroom doors were smudged also you don't really have privacy if you go in the bathroom as the doors are glass and the slide, again you can hear it all. We got changed to a better, cleaner more well kept room, but still felt the other down sides.
Overall, if probable stay again if it was the only economical choice that made sence but I would be thrilled about it.response / report this review -

Está muy bien. El único detalle es que no hay aire acondicionado (aunque no hay mucho calor) ni cocina. Pero la vista del lugar es excelente. Tienen cortesía en el funicular, puedes utilizarlo las veces que quieras. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, incluso de noche.

他们的房间在山顶上，有一个非常可以看到非常棒景色的阳台，房间内清爽干净舒服，非常好
酒店出门就是缆车，酒店会给你一张免费的乘车卡，方便你上下，非常贴心

El lugar cumple. Tiene muy buenas vistas. Son muy estrictos con el tema de no fumar, por lo que se recomienda hacerlo fuera del hotel (aprovechando la buena panorámica)

Esta lindo. Sólo que al estar en la montaña es difícil salir noche o temprano sino es por el funicular, ya que bajar o subir por los callejones es peligroso. Si lo reservan con desayuno es en " casa valadez" y es riquísimo.
