Excelente centro de buceo, inmejorable atención, es una pena que hayan quitado a los instructores y guías que llevaban tantos años laborando para la empresa, sin embargo, es muy recomendable y serio este lugar.

The Paradise SubSee they advertise on their website is not functioning. But Atlantis Submarine is next door for an underwater experience.

They will endlessly waste your time! Even if you are staying at the attached resort, this dive company is NOT convenient. They only do 1 trip a day, they will tell you that they will go early if they get enough people, and you can sign up for the list of night divers and they will go if they get enough people. The problem is that they will say they need 4 divers to go out, but then once they get 4 they'll say 6, then it's 8. They even asked us to go early one day, so we said yes, 15 minutes later they came back to us and asked for more money because not enough people signed up for an earlier trip, we didn't even want to go early! They asked us! On top of all of this nonsense, they will NOT go to Devil's Throat, they will tell you it's no problem, but when you get on the boat, No Way Jose! They offer packages with shore tanks, but it is almost impossible to get one! One day it was too rough for the boat, but perfect for some shore diving, but they won't give you the tanks. We actually got 1 of the 5 shore dives that we paid for because in 2 weeks there was only 1 time where they actually had tanks available.
There are lots of charters and dive operators in Cozumel, don't waste your time or money with the Aquaworld.response / report this review
