  This convenience store at the airport in Cancun provided me with horrible customer service. Everything is extremely over priced and in bad conditions. I bought a toy/candy for my son and it was broken and the cashier refused to return it.
  I asked to speak to supervisor and she also refused to return it after 5 minutes of purchase.

  Absolute ROBBERY!!! I bought two small cans of Pringles and two bottled drinks. One of the cans of Pringles was so old and stale, I had to throw it away. When I got home to Canada I realized I paid $75 for those few items. Absolutely Disgusting. I can only hope there’s a Mexican tourism Bureau that would get a handle on this. It’s embarrassing for them.

  I got some pretty good service here and the store was kept clean. Wide variety of food, medication and candy. Only thing is like all airports, the prices are high. But would come back again.

  Dirty theiving rats. A necessary such action as water should not be allowed to be sold at such a price. Pure greed. I bet the staff are on minimum wage. Absolutely shocking $75 for a litre of water. Next time I'll drink from the toilet.

  75 pesos for a Vitamin Water. Other stores in Cancun charge 25 pesos, this is ridiculous!! 169 pesos for chocolates!! That is $8 a bar, 3x as much as elsewhere. Avoid this place if possible. This is in reference to the one by the food court across from a Johnny Rockets.

  Para comenzar es carísimo todo. Pero sin lugar a dudas lo peor es la empleada malmodienta que mal atiende a los clientes. No tiene ni pizca de amabilidad. Dan ganas hasta de reírse 😂😂
