Staff were great, flights on time, service on flights was good, free messaging WiFi, I only had carry on so can't comment on luggage. Definitely would fly again with them!

A top airlines of mexico and also latin america. The service was decent but not great. The staff spoke mostly spanish including one in denver airport that gave me boarding pass. The denver staff told me get boarding pass for lima at mexico city airport in spanish. For people who dont speak Spanish it can get not only frustrating but also dangerous if you are misunderstand their policies about immigration, security checking in mexico city airport. The food they provide is okay. i explicitly specified while booking that i am lacto vegetarian but that was never given to me. I was given either of two option and their contents were not explained. I was served egg and ham even though i don't eat meat. No special food was provided. So what is the purpose of asking for special food options while booking? While returning a guy next to me was coughing. The staff incorrectly pointed me as coughing and repeatedly asked me to cover my mouth with mask even though i told them i was not the one coughing. The only good thing is they provided me with free hotel and food because i lost flight due to their own incompetence and delay.

Connecting flight from United to Aeromex
Is horrible there and back. Workers aren't helpful at all even if you speak Spanish. Getting to the gates are hard due to unhelpful workers they are completelyrude. Asked 4 different people the last person finally got us to the tram to get us to the next terminal. When getting from terminal 1 to 2 follow exit signs it will take you to the tram. Always allow for extra time it's a distance between the two.response / report this review -

The flight to Lima Peru was nice. It is a bit longer going through Mexico City. Good service.

We took a short flight from Mexico City to Zihuatanejo. Our luggage transferred over from Delta to Aeromexico. The plane was small but comfortable. The staff was courteous. We took a shuttle from. The airport to the plane . Then we walked up the stairway to board.
