Very happy with the sales and post-sale service, I have already bought several times and they were always with the best prices on the market, the shipments are very fast, they arrived in two days, by DHL Express.
On the last occasion I received some extra charges, I contacted them and with their help I found that the extra charges were with the paid market, not with them, and I was able to solve it, the person who helped me was Mayte Landa Guzmán, always very kind and in the best disposition to help.
I will definitely buy again in the store :)

It is a store with excellent customer service and very good prices, but its guarantee service leaves much to be desired, I have sent a team, more than 1 month has passed and they tell me that they still do not have an answer. I really don't know what's going on, but I'm already desperate.
From there as I said, it is a good store, just keep in mind that the guarantee service could give you a hard time.

Don't risk it anymore, I was a customer for many years (really almost when I started the page) I bought many years and many equipment here and it is sad to see how they have declined. After several issues with your customer service in the last 2 years, the straw that broke the camel's back is that they wanted to sell me a team a few days ago that they say "incorrectly published" when the teams barely physically resemble each other. If you let them see your face. Don't buy here anymore.

Like many here, they sell products that they don't have and if you don't claim they don't even let you know! A waste of time and problems to get reimbursed, as well as lousy and slow customer service!
Just look at the bad experiences, which far outweigh the good ones! 3.5 stars, do you really want to take a risk? The prices aren't even competitive or good anymore, it's not worth it

Avoid this store I bought a phone on the good weekend, today (after more than a week) I ask them the reason why they haven't sent it and they tell me that they don't have it and their solution is to give me a voucher to buy another, that they themselves confirmed that they had availability in another color in the morning, and now the page does not appear I lost the opportunity to buy another phone, and they will keep my money for another few days 😤 this company is not serious , avoid buying here !!!
