Great place, good room Service, and the internet is actually pretty decent. They can do better than the 250Mb vouchers though for the basic room prices

Great location with high end Western amenities. Slow on service or else it would be a 4 Star experience

One of the best places to stay in Lilongwe. Even during the extreme load shedding, we were left in the dark too long before the genset kicked in. The rooms are high standard. Spacious, clean and nice minimalist decor. The surroundings and pool are amazing! Service was great too. I stayed there for 5 weeks and I enjoyed every day of it!

if you wish to have a quiet and relaxing time in Lilongwe, i higly recommend here. apart from.a weekend wedding, if in the evening, it coild be noisy but otherwise, it is so peaceful. havE a breakfast at outside pateo with birds singing. only issue is limited internet seivice but if you are on holiday, that may not be a problem. be aware though unless you have a car, you ma not have any place close to you. i walkeD to the Latitude but took twenty mints.

Great Hotel, great services! If you like nature and green gardens, you will love it! I enjoy morning walk in the gardens, taking close-up shots of some very few bees

They were well organised. But very rigid on being flexible on changing numbers for meetings. People were moving in and out but could not change invoice to reflect that

This is a beautiful hotel to come stay at. It is like a home from home, with the most gorgeous gardens to walk around and very friendly staff. It is Africa, so please have patience and all will be well. Due to electricity supply issues, the aircons are currently kept off but that said, even in the heat, the fans provided are up to the task. Use the pool to cool off and enjoy a cocktail. Will always use this as a base in Lilongwe.

Extremely clean rooms, the staff are pleasant. The shower in the bathroom a bit dated but warm water runs.

The rooms have air-conditioners however at the time i was visiting they were running on generator power. All air conditioning had to be turned off. I got a skweaky fan to keep cool. Thankfully it was not too warm.

I came in January 2017 and had to buy wifi which costs about 4 euros per GB. And it could only be used on one device.

The restaurant have extremely limited options. Breakfast was inclusive but so okay.

No gym. They have a pool and if you are a runner the streets nearby and pretty safe during the day.

This hotel is a great value, with manicured closed grounds, a bar and restaurant, and a nice pool. Rooms are large and clean, though the beds and television are dated. No gym. Limited menu at the restaurant.

The complex also offers long term stay in cottages, and a conference center.
