Friendly and hospital, beautiful stunning rooms. Sunbird hotel definitely better than most of the hospitality market in Lilongwe. For sure a good clean hotel😀

Nice and quiet area, they serve local meals every Wednesday's. The customer service is nice and they have WiFi as well as a gift shop within the premises.

I got a newly renovated room. Everything is working (electricity, hot water, Wifi) and the staff is very friendly and competent.

The staff are ok, but there is alot of delay on check-in. They accept visa for payment, but there systems may not work and so you end up paying cash.

old , but one of the best hotels in Lilongwe , though limited parking, a night here is terrific. there is a sounds of car passing since its located on a major road
