Friendly staff. Information centre with maps. Trails of varying length are generally well signposted

Note that Michiru Mountain Conservation Area is to the northwest of Blantyre (Google Maps lists it incorrectly to the south). Just follow Michiru Road (listed as Hardman Road on Google Maps) until you see the signs directing you to the ranger office and parking.
