  Ridiculously picturesque fields of tea! Tea tasting and a tour of the premises is a must but you need to book ahead of time. Tea tasting is at the Huntington House which also can serve as accommodation. The house is reminiscent of old English estates and kept in immaculate condition. It is relatively pricey for Malawi but pretty standard relative to overseas standards (EU or US etc). Huntington house is quite a way off the main road but with worth braving the bumpy road as the views on the way in are amazing.

  Absolutely lovely place. Satemwa has been on my to-do-list in Malawi for a while and I finally got to do afternoon tea on Sunday. Afternoon tea is served from 14:30-16:00 and you must book in advance. It comes with biscuits, sandwiches, scone and cake - everything was on point and I really enjoyed scone! You get to choose tea from the menu. We got oolong tea and green tea. I preferred green tea over oolong as I am more used to slightly stronger oolong. It's absolutely relaxing to enjoy tea outdoor. You can also play croquet in the yard. I would love to visit again for tea tastings which happen from Monday afternoon to Saturday morning! Another thing - Huntingdon House (where you enjoy high tea) is a gorgeous place to stay overnight.
