Good and different diving in the lake. Kind Staff and modern equipment. Many forms of payment. Also, we stayed 4 nights and the room was neat and had a great view of the lake.

Great place, friendly, welcoming, relaxed, great fresh food and coffee. Fantastic scuba experience - staff and equipment perfect. Great place to try a night dive because of clear fresh water and nothing that wants to eat you. Came for 3 nights and stayed for 6. Recommend 100%.

Stayed at and did my advanced diving course with Aqua Africa.
It was a great experience(the diving and accommodation) with very friendly staff and good food.
Diving gear was new and well looked after and the dives were lots of fun!
I will definitely be back if I get a chance!

A warm and friendly lodge, with wonderful views, great rooms, tasty food, comfortable bar area, good location and chilled atmosphere.

Divers and non-divers are both welcome by the lovely (and knowledgeable) staff and management alike who are on hand to answer any questions you may have.

I visited Aqua Africa last year whilst in Malawi. I can not recommend visiting the scuba school highly enough. I had never dived before and I completed my Padi with these guys. They were professional and I enjoyed every second learning, diving and hanging out in such a beautiful location with friendly people.

Aqua Africa Scuba Diving School is located in Nkhata Bay, right on the shores of the beautiful Lake Malawi. The Bay is legendary amongst travellers to Africa – famous for its crystal clear warm water and laid-back atmosphere.
They have great ensuite accommodation to suit all budgets and every room has its own balcony with fantastic lake views – the perfect spot for relaxing after your day’s diving. At the restaurant, the Dive Deck, there is a wide range of meals and treats, all complimented by delicious drinks and an amazing view.
