The lodge is a historical place built in the colonial times. The lodge offers decent meals. It would be great if renovation was more well planned than just adding a roof over the veranda. The whole place need renovation not necessarily make it modern but to keep its historic value, yet in an elegant way. Visitors can get a glimpse of the kitchen and it's not the most appealing sight. They could work on that. Nonetheless, the place is worth a visit. Its locate close to the botanical gardens. The trees allow the passage of fresh air.

Great place to grab a bite to eat with friends or family. They have really nice food with satisfying portions and they don't let electricity problems bring down their standard. You will order your food and they will bring it with or without the presence of electricity. They also have a great view outside since its located as you are going to the top of Zomba mountain. Great services and great food. 😊

Basic room but great staff who helped us out tremendously when our vehicle broke down in their parking lot. They literally walked through a thunder storm to find us a mechanic

Good service, average rooms, but at least there is hot water, and the staff are friendly. Food is also over priced for what you get.
