The hotel war 5 years but the facilities went not well. Recommend to have the Kaani Beach Grand hotel. But the hotel owner and manager was smart and clever guy, h handled my feedback and compliant very quickly and professionally.

Drinking boat a disaster. Don't go there. NO stock. Not ever beer. Manager BAD attitude. What a waste of time. No wine. Most of the stuff on the menu NOT available. There business is NOT alcohol or customer service.

Clean and a very nice place for stay in mapushi. The island is an open island hence it is lively then the rest. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This hotel is facing the beach and the beach is very lively. Breakfast is included in the stay. The only negative aspect is there aren't many options for vegetarians here. Overall a pleasant stay. Not very expensive as compared to other hotels.

I only ate at the buffet. I didn't stay in the rooms. Buffet was nice with a good selection. Do not order a mocktail because they are absolutely horrible at making them and they are $6 each!

One of the better , value for money and well located places on the island

Pro:
Sundeck: it has one (see pictures)
Location: even for a small island it's bang in the middle, pretty close to the harbour.
Price: reasonably price for its class, so it's packed frequently.
Rooms: beach facing or others available, all are very comfortable and roomy.
Service is pretty good and friendly.
Excursions: they organise trips every few days which cover 2-3 snorkeling points, lunch on sabd banks, photography etc. For a reasonable price of about $30. Just because of that though don't expect great food, and expect large crowds.

Cons
Food: to be fair, food sucks in almost every place on the island, including here.

Very neat hotel on the beach with lovely views from the sundeck on the roof. very friendly helpful staff. Good food. A mix of locals, shops and restaurants, watersports. Part of kaani group of three hotels on the islands which you are free to visit and dine at.

Very obliging staff and a nice location to just chill out and get away from it all. Inhabited island with nice little shops and plenty of places to eat at reasonable prices. Three course dinner is readily available at U.S. $12 in lots of locations. All sorts of water sports available locally as well as at the hotel for the enthusiast. Would recommend at least take one of the day snorkelling trips that the hotel provides. Hotel room very comfortable with good room service. All staff are very obliging and go out of their way to help you enjoy your hard earned rest.
Got to go now the beach is calling me.

Really nice people. I have a funny story. I dropped my wallet accidentally when I was across the road from this hotel. They found it and printed up a sign saying they'd found it. I was informed and they returned the wallet, intact. It was a wonderful, kind human action that my family and I will always remember. Thank you!

Such a great facility and great team, the hotel is close to the beach and affordable for all. Antony; a receptionist there is really helpful man. He make my trip such an amazing one because of the service.
