Been to La Fourchette a couple of times.
Once for corporate team dinner and once for a dinner date.
While the location and quality of the food are undeniably great, the staff definitely need to improve on their professionalism - they lacked both manners and knowledge about their menu.

Great place to hangout with friends after work. Izumi japanese restaurant is great with the best view on the river/sea IMHO.

Port chambly has residential apartments as well as a hotel (The Address) and some restaurants and a bar. I particularly like the bar (Piano Rouge) and the Spa. The bar has happy hour from 6pm to 7pm where the drinks are half price. There is also an Italian restaurant - la forchette, and a Japanese one - izumi. Both good, although the Japanese one is expensive.

Charming, particularly early in the morning or in the evening. Happy hour is great for convening people and the wifi is fast if you need to work.

Good Friday night ambience with good piano music and live singing. Dinner was okay. Had the filet sacrechien. Was expectkng more. A waiter broke my glass on the table, he didnt apologise and didnt clean properly as there were still pieces of glass. They didnt also gave me another napkin and glass. Thus, the waiters and service need more training.

Excellent place to have a good time with friends. Happy hour from 6 00 to 7.00 p.m. a bit short. Not good for small kids. You can enjoy live music after 8.00 p.m at piano rouge. The beer is excellent.

Very friendly atmosphere. Lovely cuisine along with variety of Mediterranean and Japanese meals. Piano Rouge Bar offers happy hour from 6 to 7 pm daily.

the setting, the deco and the atmosphere of the hotel is enough to feel a real cut off from anybody's daily work routine.. either it is for a glass of wine at le piano bar or for some great dinner at a reasonable price at its restaurant la fourchette, port chambly offer a great service. I also tried the spa there and the massage are great but quite costly
