Nandos as you come to expect. The service at this particular branch is not bad, it is a bit more spacious than others but it can get extremely busy during the evenings.

got bad service on two occasions within a week

first visit , ordered for two for a weekday lunch , we ended up with a side dish missing. this was not refunded, the waiter explained he could not remove it from the bill, he only offered to have the kitchen prepare the dish to go told him to forget it.

second visit was for dinner with the whole family, this time, our order was forgotten by the waiter, had to ask again, they eventually brought us some of the food, of which two main courses were cold and 4 side dishes were not ready

they brought us the 2 reheated main courses and the 4 side dishes, but this time 2 of the side dishes were not what we had ordered.

nandos bagatelle is operated by a bunch of incompetents.

Only to say 'Thank You' to the lady who around 2 pm today 28 August at Bagatelle outlet refused us another table which was available but was requested to go outside or else we had to wait .We did waited during more than ten minutes before and refused an outside table as the weather was windy and cold.She indeed acted very uncustomerly with her tone and body language.I asked for a change of table because my wife who had undergone an eye operation was having problem with the smoke as we were seated very near to the kitchen.
Well thanks to her,we have discovered the Mug and Beans restaurant and there the lady attendants were indeed very helpful.

The food and service is very good. The portions diminished compared to a couple of years ago. Recommended!
