My fiancé and I stayed there from the 29th of September to the 1st of October 2017 on a half-board basis. This is by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I had never written a review before but had to write this one.

Arrival day: On the arrival day, we checked in late and did not receive any arrival cocktail, the receptionnist gave us a sheet to fill and showed us the way to our room without any visit or explanation on services or discount offered.

Room: Our room had indeed the facilities mentioned but they were very dirty. Kettle had black dust inside, lizards were crawling on the wall at night, bathroom floor was not clean, liquid hand wash in the distributor had a funny smell. Room was decorated with poor taste and tv had only 5 channels. The balcony claiming to offer garden view was not private at all. Workers were outside renovating structures creating disturbance. We had to move table and chairs inside to eat our take-away meal.

    Restaurant:
Breakfast food was limited in variety and of bad quality. We had bread, butter, cheese, jam, stale chocolate bread and croissant. Omelette is not done on spot and served, but ordered and served at table. The most horrifying part was when my fiancé seasoned his omelettle, small bugs came out of the pepper mill and were walking on his plate!

Dinner was even worst, no choice at all. We had fish curry with eggplant, chickpea curry, dholl curry, rice and farata. As dessert a kulfi ice cream. During dinner, we heard rats screeching and saw a big one rushing accross the terrace.

Staff: Most people working there are indian and had trouble speaking english or french. Maid asked us to leave the room to clean it, just as we got back from shopping and about to eat our take-away lunch. When she finished she told us rudely not to use towel to wipe things or we will have to pay for that!

Services: We did not venture to try their services as we were already gutted by the poor quality of the basic hotel services provided and paid at such a high cost!

We would not recommend an hour stay to anyone. Not even worth a star!

My bathroom was flooded on arrival. The fittings were replaced, but the hotel did not dry the floor. The staff also have very limited knowledge about the activities that is available in the area.

One of the worst hotels I have visited across the world! There is one male staff working from night he is a very bad person who doesn't even care about problems faced by us be it water connection being cut in the room, no hot water for bath and also the windows not being secure. He just doesn't care and just keeps himself busy with his phone.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are not clean nor the dining tables in the hotel. The shower panel is very small.

Stayed in the hotel in Jan 2016. Very ordinary place and suitable for budget travelers. Rooms were OK but I liked it. Staff not much friendly. Biggest let down was the food. I suggest checking other places too before finalizing on this one.

The Hotel is good for Budget travellers. There is a beach just across the hotel road. Indian veg food is also served but do not expect the taste to be typically Indian. Wifi connectivity is very very poor.

Worst worst hotel stay ever. Road view balcony instead of garden view with no chair and table on balcony! Loud music. Room as shown in property has not been allocated. Not recommended.
