The hotel is really nice and the staff is the best I had ever meet! The beach and the room were wonderfull! The only minus is the location but if you want a place to relax this is the perfect place! Thanx for everything So Sofitel!

The owner can reply to feed back from guests . But can't acknowledge emails or phone calls from booking agent ! Not professional at all in my book.
I had a very bad Xmas experience at the hotel. My booking agent tried unsuccessfully to get someone from the hotel to respond.
My worst Xmas ever after spending such a large amount . We even had a huge cockroach dining with us. The waiter saw how we were panicking around the beast he just crunched it under his shoe. I'll keep that photo of the cockroach on my phone for ever. Very much regret my stay there. Never again , Xmas eve was called Gala night. It should have been called FIASCO NIGHT.

Enjoy your luxurious stay in this heat hotel. The staff is very attentive, the food is great as well. Lobster at la Plage restaurant was grilled to perfection.
The beach villa is highly recommended, great views and direct access to the beach. Beautiful coral reef and fish right in front of the villa.

Amazing hotel. Great services. Kids club amazing, they take care of your kids so well that mum and dad can have a great time. Would highly recommend for family stay and couple escape..

This is listed as a five star hotel and the services do follow it's rating.

The food was quite interesting and hotel facilities we really good.

The staff was up to the standard.

There were a few hiccups though, the bedding equipments were a bit loose, hair dryer was bust, the private hot tub was ok but the water wasn't hot enough.

The weather was definitely not what you would want for a weekend.

I definitely recommend the beach restaurant for dinner rather the main restaurant.

I'd recommend it but upon checking, make sure everything is in order in your room.

Very nice place..comfy beds and nice hot tubs to be enjoyed under the stars at night..very good food..and very kids friendly..can leave the kids under good care at the kids club and have a romantic time with your partner on the beach or the poolplace is vey big so it is not so crowded..overall we had a very nice stay there.

Exclusivity at its best!
This hotel is a diamond - not as big as the other ones, the rooms are just amazing: Kenzo has been decorating the whole hotel and you can see it everywhere: rooms, bathrooms, restaurants, swimming pool, gardens.
All staff is caring for your comfort and is making your stay feeling individualized, calling your name from the second day.
Buffet breakfast and diners are of very high quality and diversity.
Everything is thought through, to every details to make you feel special.
Prefer the beach suite with a private little pool with direct access to the beach.
The beach is extremely nice and broader than in many other hotels.
After having tried 4 other 5-star hotels in Mauritius, we will chose this hotel next time!

Very nice room. The gardens are very spacious. A great place to relax in nature. Not too many options on the Buffet but the food is delicious. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Great resort. The rooms are spacious with outdoor shower and bath. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious and with good variety of dishes. Nice kids club. However our arrival experience was very poor. There was no one to welcome us at the greeting pavilion and we were put in the room without any breifing and requested to wait in the room for the in room check in. We waited more than 1 hour.

Really nice hotel set in a remote place of the island with more nature.
Rooms / facilities / buffet / beach are great even though you might wonder how it's gonna age with time. Perfect for people who want to relax and be away from any activities. If you want to discover the island or some other fooding alternatives, you might have to rent a car or taxi though.
