This resort should be ranked as top 10 worst resorts in Mauritius. I have stayed at different resorts in Mauritius at the time I have to leave the country I changed my mind to extend my flight three more days. I booked Hibiscus because that was the only option I have at the time. While check in we waited at filthy couches while they serve you welcome drinks. The front desk employee tried to waste our time before we check in by saying they are making up your room to be super clean. Lets make it short ïƒ do not stay there even if they give it to you for free. You will find Cockroaches and Leprosies on your bed or suitcase while sleeping. If you complain the will spray the room and leave the spray for you to spray around during the night cause no body will be available after 10 pm. I checked out from the hotel a day earlier because I could not sleep at this filthy place. I was expecting that the will say we are sorry (I wasn’t expecting money back because it’s the policy) however they even asked me to pay 590 rupees for two drinks and bottle of water while I payed for extra night for them. I would have given 0 stars if it was possible.
This place is one of the worst yet you pay so much money to stay there.
We went to a wedding in Mauritius as part of a group of about 40 people. Everybody had booked their own accomodation. To our surprise, people that stayed at budget place and paid 10 times less actually got the same as what we had except with a huge saving.
There are no watersports at the "resort". There is no sand but rather a rough rocky surface.
Breakfast is the same omlette and pancakes every morning, you cant have anything different, even if you complain the manager doesnt care. Supper is buffet with very little variety. No drinks are provided, even water you have to pay for.
The place is old, dirty and in need of refurbishment. Spa, gym etc is non-existent.
Whatever you do, do NOT waste your time and money at this so called resort, you will be bitterly disappointed.response / report this review -

Beautiful peaceful garden. Private sea/swimming access with great view but nicely located near to a lovely public beach with a few shops, stalls, restaurants and bars. Big airy rooms with nice balconies or verandah. Lovely staff. Dive club on site. Wonderful pretty restaurant overlooking the sea. Buffet dinners OK, some grim music nights (not my scene). Nice size of hotel with plenty of space. Minor gripe: why is there an extra single bed in every room and please think about some more airy room furniture. I was happy to have a ground floor room. SO much nicer than one of the overpriced horrible resort hotels all over Mauritius!

Need a lot of improvement in cleanliness and service.
Example check in today no Welcome drink, room dirty . Wait for about 2 hours to get à drink and a salade in the restaurant and we were the only guest . Though we informed the desk nothing done.response / report this review -
