Stayed here at beginning of May 2018. Fantastic service from all the staff. Waiters were fab; couldn’t do enough for us and our Maid: Sadhra was excellent. Room spotless. Food was great. Relaxed atmosphere and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you for making our first visit to Mauritius memorable.

Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. Rooms disappointing, No draws and limited hanging space. Food in main restaurant really good unless you are gluten intolerant and then there are problems with vague signs and foods mixed together. AI wines okay. Gym small but well equiped. Pools are nicely layed out, ideal for cooling off in! Service is generally slow and somewhat vague but always accompanied by a great big smile!

Great staff, Good drinks and a view you can't beat! Spent my honeymoon here and I'm beyond pleased we did! All of the food and drinks included are amazing. You'll never have to eat the same thing twice.

Lots of activities included too like paddle boats, snorkelling, culinary school etc.

If you're in Mauritius I highly recommend you stay here.

It's in an idyllic location, with plenty of sunbeds and seating areas, with very good live music, the cleanliness at high standard, members of staff always pleasant and polite, food is exceptionally good, but the gluten free morning section had pancakes made with normal flour and mixed in with the gluten free so coeliacs beware ! But being only gluten intolerant i was ok, there's plenty of good fresh food to choose from. The garden areas are well maintained. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room has got a fridge and tee making facilities, so all in all I would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel. However, the cocktails quality change with different barmen and each bar in the hotel.

Staff is very helpful and friendly and the food quality is great. Only 1 restaurants included in the all inclusive package which is only buffet. Sometimes it's nice to sit down for a al la carte menu without having to run to get food after every dish.

Beautiful beyond words. The staff could not do enough to make our stay more perfect. The food was amazing and different every day. The ability to be able to visit the other restaurants was a nice touch too though. The location was stunning. The beach area vs the 3 pool areas meant there was something for everyone and it never felt crowded at meal times or during the day. Plenty of activities all through the day.
I would 100% genuinely visit here again and if we ever come back to mauritius, this is where we would stay.

Amazing hotel; extremely friendly staff, amazingly beautiful spot and great food and drinks. Lots of possibilities to explore the island via trips. Hotel itself offers quite some options for activities on the water (both included and optional against reasonable prices). Overall simply put; little paradise on earth, if you're looking to relax in an amazing environment and surrounded by extremely friendly and helpful staff Don't bother looking further. Highly recommended.

At least three bars and pools, nice (artificial?) beach and lots of trees, beds etc. Local wildlife (birds, geckos, fish etc) brings a little extra.

Rooms very clean and tidy, shower has sufficient power on the pipes for a nice shower. Good WiFi signal everywhere (rooms, beach, pools, public areas). Good breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets or a bit more local food at the beach restaurant.

Simply put, loving it!!

My parents traveled to Mauritius from the 02-09 September 2017 and this was their first overseas trip. We would like to thank all the staff and entertainers for their exceptional generosity and they always made my parents feel at home and was willing to help at all times. The staff was always always friendly. Also a very very big big thank you to the head chef of the hotel, he went out of his way to prepare exceptional meals for them on a daily basis. We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this beautiful island. Thank you all great service ******

This is a 5++ hotel for sure. Went there in the past days and had a fantastic experience there. Food was perfect and very delicious. All the staffs including the catering staffs, receptionists, house keepers, bar staffs, porters and the managers were just superb! Sensimar Hotel's hospitality is a level up. The sea views are just superb. Would love to visit it again and again.
