Food was OK. Indian chef was good. However management did not fulfill any of our special requests. Plus it's too expensive, have to even pay for drinking water. Other good thing was the property, it was nice and clean and staff very helpful and always smiling. All in all a beautiful resort but am sure there are better ones out there.

Impeccable service - the hotel staff regularly remember your name, room number and usual orders. The food is outstanding - from the buffet menus to a la carte, there is an attention to detail.

Truly appreciate this place, we had a great time in Constance Belle mare Mauritius.
Amazing staff and all around people. Recommend this place from rooms, food, activity's onland and the sea( most sea activity's included in the room price ) I recommend taking the all inclusive package because it's just better I personally had the full package not he inclusive wish I had the other. Constance thank you

What rates this hotel a five star holiday rating simply put it is the staff they are excellent at their jobs. I am truly unable to fault them.. which for me is a first.. from the minute you arrive to the smallest detail they are there ready and willing. Even if they have only met you once they remember your name the reason I have only rated it as 3 stars are the very tired rooms.. we have a prestige room over looking the sea that unfortunately does not justify it's 5 star rating and drags the rest of the perfect holiday down.. the room has little space for storage of clothes.. of the two drawers in the room one is taken up with glasses and crisps etc.. so very little storage. The air conditioning is a little on the worn out stage set at 18.5 degrees being it's lowest
I would definitely recommend the two golf courses.. bring lots of balls with you if you don't hit straight. as stated I can not fault the staff anywhere in the resort from golf to hotel sometimes though they have been known not to clean the cups and glasses in the room or replace the cartons of orange juice in the fridge.. but that is nit picking and generally they are excellent.. I don't write reviews often so apologies if this one is all over the place
I would definitely recommend but don't expect full 5 star if you are in the prestige rooms. That in mind the entire rest of your holiday will be amazing. Including people who even look out on the beach to see if you need anything well done the management and staff.

Luxury hotel with fancy features, but not very focused on service and customer experience. Big rooms, great proximity to the beach. When the resort expects a dress code in the restaurants for dinner, it implies a level of service in return that should be correspondingly high, but orders get mixed up, even lost, at a disappointing frequency. Other silly small misses included low battery level in the scales in the room, missing room service menu, Nothing big, but you'd want that little bit better. You will certainly have a great time, though.

A very nice hotel in the eastern coast of Mauritius. The hotel offers a wide range of accommodations starting from normal rooms through suites all the way to presidential villa with private pool. The beach is nice with white sands. The hotel has more than 6 restaurants and bars. I would recommend the all inclusive package because we tried it and it proved that it was good value for money. We were a family of 5 and stayed in two beach front suites which were very nice with a very scenic view of the palm trees and the ocean. The suites were spacious with nice amenities and a big balcony with two chairs, soft and a nice table. The hotel provides live music every night at the bar in a very friendly family environment with local bands and folklore performance in some nights. The food quality is good but could be improved little bit. In general, we enjoyed our stay at the Constance Belle Mare Plage.

Our 8 day's experience was awesomegrt ambience,superb food ,Lovely n lively evenings..wonderful hospitalitybut few staff member's have left an ever lasting impactwith there forever evergreen smile..

4.5 Stars. A beautiful place, friendly staff, one of the best rooms (junior suite) we had in several 5* holiday locations, the food is very good for us and what's especially great: almost no towel reservations on the beach since everybody seems to be on one of the golf courses. The hotel was told to be booked out but the beach was almost empty. Con's: very expensive beverages. Guests: American, chinese and a few europeans.

Couldn't ask for a better hotel to stay at in Mauritius. Service was beyond our expectations from the moment we arrived and continued to excel throughout our stay. We would go back in an instant. Facilities were outstanding and variety of food was fantastic, especially on the Mauritian night.

Amazing staff, one of the best staff I've seen be it front desk, restaurants, housekeeping etc
Very good rooms with sea view with all modern facilities that you would expect from a 5* property.
Food might be expensive depending on which country you coming in from so chose package which includes all meals in the price.
Reservations might be needed in some of the restaurants.
