Excellent food and service. The food was really good and the quality price ratio is simply wonderful. If ever you are in Mahebourg and want to grab lunch or diner. It is definitely the place to go. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. The only thing is that you might have a little bit of trouble to find a good parking spot.

Very tasty and affordable food, big portions. Location on the central street. I really enjoyed the traditional Creole fish curry. Air conditioned, cosy interior, efficient service. Our only complaint was that the waitress advised to order 2 fried rice portions instead of one to share - the portions are huge and could easily feed 2 people, especially if it's just a side garnish.

Went back here after 18 years and was so excited because the food was always good. What a disappointment!!!. The ginger fish was sickly sweet n more like sweet n sour. Hardly ant ginger taste. Also missing was the fried noodles on top. The beef chop suey was so dark in colour n was more like black bean sauce. I suspect they got the order wrong n just didn't want to admit to it. Definitely my last visit.

Food is excellent and service is quite rapid. Price is very correct. Highly recommended. The only issue is that place is a bit dark inside at first sight.

Fardeen, one of my close friends told me abt that restaurant.Very eager to devorate a whole vieille rouge fish roasted with some special sauces..Mahebourg reveals an important part of the mauritian reality .its a restaurant for locals and tourist who want to eat seafood frshly catched.atmosphre and menu"creole" i will highly recommend this resto.The staffs are helpful ,informative and professionals
