Eating the catch of the day under a tree with a view of the bay, being served by friendly staff who make some wicked Mojito’s. What more can I add. Don’t change this, be here when I come back for my next holiday. Love it.

I had a big tasty fish with rice and vegetables when here. You can sit on a bench and look out at the sea while you eat. If you just fancy a cheap snack, nearby are people selling roti and pakora from the front of their homes too.

They had absolutely nothing that they proposed on the menu, and the waiter wouldn't even tell us. Then, instead of rice (which we said about 3 times) we got about 5 french fries each. I'm not even kidding. We were 5 and they gave us only 4 cups. After the disappointing meal, the manager came and told us that we should have ordered something else, that it's soooo much better. Such a joke really. Ok, it was the 25th of December, but if it's in these conditions, please don't bother opening.

Beautiful food in a relaxed, no thrills setting. Not a fancy affair but certainly a filling one. Well worth your rupees.

I live in Trou-aux-biches and eat all over the island but, when it comes to a Whole Fish Dish, it HAS to be HERE! The price is exceptionally cheap and it comes with flavoured rice and several condiments and chutneys on the side. The dish is very mild but very tasty and, trust me, the portion is massive. You're sitting right next to the sea, atmosphere is serene and romantic. Certainly a place to bring your loved one. 100% Recommended.

Great food and ambiance. service can be slow as the main waitress can be quite chatty and linger at tables.

I love this place!! I could eat all my meals there. Coconut ice cream and mango colada are great.
I'm happy because I found a local Mauritian cuisine.
