  Nice Concept Store. However I believe there is a shortage in terms of staff. The cashiers are slow and they take time to return your belongings at 'la consigne' as there's only one person working there.

  Went at Phoenix to check their product. Went to pay at the check point and since I don’t have the privilege card I was told they will not accept my payment and am obliged to have the card to make in store purchases.
  Very bad experience and when you call head office you are told to whatever you want and they hang up.

  Aldrex Supplier ltd also known as Yves Rocher. 5 departments as Flormar,The Wardrobe, Yves Rocher,Concepts hygiene & entrerien,Concepts department stores .At one roof get these products.Privilege cards receive on same day and can benefit the promotion prices.
