A welcoming place. Courteous staff. Get everything under 1 roof. The problem seems to be bad habit of customers parking their car / embarking n disembarking passengers on the yellow lines under the shelter. This causes lots of inconvenience for other vehicles and also to customers.

If you want basic groceries, this is the place to go. But there are many drawbacks.
The parking at St Paul's Winners is notoriously cramped, especially at peak times.
Worse the queues grow very long very quickly, and the waiting time is compounded by inept management: they feign to take note queue jumpers and those who exceed the 10-item limit on "fast check-out" counters.
Still worse: their cashiers always pretend to lack change, and practice short-changing, which is illegal.

Very close to where I live, so it’s convenient. A small grocery store, but you can almost find everything you’re looking for. The fruits and vegetables that they have are usually some of the best compared to the other grocery stores and reasonably priced. So if you can’t necessarily go to the market, Winner’s is the next best place. The baked goods that they have are really good. Can’t really complain about this place.

Basic supermarket, no restroom (toilet) facility.
Where are you supposed to wash hands before eating?? Has a small food & drinks section with seating area inside at the entrance of the shop.
Some products more expensive than hypermarket nearby in Phoenix mall but has a good range of ready to throw in the pan vegetables.response / report this review -
