  Would have given a zero if there was an option available. To start with the staff . They are so frustrated i think with there job that they dont have the courtesy to smile. They take you as a burden they dont feel like serving u ,they dont even bother to ask why the call bell was rung they just pass and turn off the call light. The airline needs to hire some young, energetic and pleasent staff All the grannies and grandpas need rest now. Now the food . Dont know where they get that food from. The food is sometimes not properly cooked. They should taste the food before serving we pay so much for the ticket atleast the food should be good. The standard of the airline is falling day by day.. The airline should work on that . I am so annoyed with them.. Part 2 of journey.. I had a live cocroach in my meal and my kid got scared

  Worst airlines to travel, service is bad and seatings are horrible. No value for money as it comes under the direct belt of prime minister of the country they will not allow others to be in race and provide services. I have personally travelled from France to mauritius, south Africa and India to paradise island. The consistency is it's a bad airline and very bad service.
