  Affordable but there are obviously a few reasons for it. Not situated in a very good part of town. Even though it is just about 1.2km from the waterfront, it is a bit of a dodgy walk in the dark (rather take a taxi). The white linen was not as clean as it should be. Our room was next to an accountant's office. However, everything (aircon, wifi, shower, plugs, tv etc) was working fine and receptionist was friendly
